This regulator is very nice high performance regulator for the price of a basic one.<\/p>\n
– First stage is a balanced flow through piston
\n– Second stage is balanced as well and is the same as a scubapro second stage, so for service and repair parts of both Scubapro and Tusa will fit.
\n– Second stage has a hose swivel so its sits comfortably in your mouth.
\n– First stage hose routing is low profile and the hoses come out at a perfect angle. This is not the case with an unbalanced first stage.<\/p>\n
There is 1 note to be made.
\nThis regulator is not coldwater <10 degrees approved since TUSA never invested in having it certified for that.
\nThe regulator and its components are gonna perform fine when used in colder water, it’s just not certified for that.
\nSo if you want to use your regulator in the middel of winter or underneath ice of at 20+ meters in Dutch lakes, this is not your reg.
